As part of our effort to strengthen our nursing workforce, Ballad Health’s Nurse Ambassador Program gives current nurses the opportunity to return to their alma mater and talk to students about the opportunities and benefits of working for Ballad Health. Nurses who join the program can earn a $1,500 bonus for each new nurse they recruit! They can also earn PACE points for serving as a Nurse Ambassador and completing visits.
