Team member registration spots are filling up at the Ballad Health Center for Early Learning in Greeneville! Team members have until Friday, Nov. 10, to register their child before enrollment is opened to the general public. To register, please email Amy Doran, corporate director of early childhood education, at amy.doran@balladhealth.org. There is a $50 registration fee. Team member registrations are not secured until $50 registration fee has been paid. The center is located on Tusculum University’s campus and has a tentative opening date in early December. The current health insurance contract between Ballad Health and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee expires Dec. 31, 2023. Ballad Health and BlueCross BlueShield have a very positive relationship, and we are in active negotiations to extend our contract for another three years. We are highly confident we will reach agreement in the next 30 days. This is the normal cycle for negotiation of contracts.

General information on the performance appraisal period: Dates: Annual performance appraisals are scheduled to take place between Sept. 18 and Nov. 30 for all Ballad Health team members. Review period: The performance evaluation will cover the 12-month period from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.
