Ballad Health is giving away a limited number of tickets to our team members for the NASCAR night races this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 15-16) at Bristol Motor Speedway. All you have to do to enter is fill out the submission form below, providing us your non-Ballad Health email address, name and phone number, and you could be a winner!

Giveaway details
- If selected as a winner, the team member will receive four (4) tickets to either the Friday night Food City 300 Xfinity Series race or the Saturday night Bass Pro Shops Cup Series race. Please choose which drawing you wish to enter on the entry form.
- We’ll contact the winners by email, so be on the lookout. Tickets are limited and will be given through a random drawing.
- The team member will need to be able to access the Bristol Motor Speedway App to obtain their tickets electronically.
