Important Infor CloudSuite update regarding inadvertent email to some team members

As part of our upgrade to the Infor CloudSuite system, an administrative change made on Tuesday, July 11, in the new CloudSuite software triggered an automated email to many of our team members, informing them that changes had been made to their banking information as entered in Employee Space. Please disregard that email. NO CHANGES have been made to any team member’s individual banking account.

The email, which was generated from payroll@balladhealth.org, is not a phishing email and it poses no risk, but it was inadvertently sent to some team members. Again, no changes have been made to any team member banking account.
