Balladeers update: Family Fall Fun Days a big success!

Benefits & HR

The Balladeer Children’s Program celebrated the coming of autumn with a couple of Family Fall Fun Days in September.

The program, a free benefit for Ballad Health employees, is intended to strengthen family bonds and relationships among our Ballad Health family. Activities include visits to area attractions, picnics in local parks, holiday celebrations and activities, sports activities, discount tickets for attractions or events, treats, take-home projects and much more!

Family Fall Fun Days

The Balladeer program hosted two Family Fall Fun Days in September – one at Fender’s Farm and one at the Stickley Farm. Both farms were gracious enough to allow the visit as a private Balladeer event before the farms were opened to the public.

All Balladeer children received free admission. Everyone enjoyed the corn mazes, hayrides, petting zoos, play areas, face painting and more. There was even mechanical bull-riding at Fender’s Farm and a putt-putt course at Stickley Farm that families really loved!

Fender’s Farm had about 450 people in attendance and Stickley Farm had around 250, which means a total of about 700 people enjoyed these events this month. It was a great way to kick off the fall season!
