Ballad Health is giving away a limited number of tickets to our team members for the Food City 500 on Sunday, March 17, at Bristol Motor Speedway. All you have to do to enter is fill out the submission form below, providing us your non-Ballad Health email address, name and phone number, and you could be a winner!

Giveaway details
- Each winner will receive a set of four tickets.
- We’ll contact the winners by email, so be on the lookout. Tickets are limited and will be selected through a random drawing.
- The team member will need to be able to access the Bristol Motor Speedway App to obtain their tickets electronically.
- The race begins on Sunday, March 17, at 3:30 p.m.
