A message from our VP of HR: Here’s what we’re working on in human resources
Our Ballad Health merger has taken place and we’re moving forward as one system – but the transition is far from complete. There’s still a lot of work going on behind the scenes to fully bring us together, including in human resources. We’ve got an HR integration team in place giving careful consideration to an array of things, from pay scales and benefit packages to PTO and service recognition. It’s a complicated process but the team is working hard on putting it all together for us, and as decisions are made, we’ll communicate them to our team members. Look for many of these things to take effect on July 1, 2018, the start of the new fiscal year. We recognize it’s a time of uncertainty for everyone, so we’ll be as transparent as possible during this process and make sure Ballad Health team members are kept up-to-date as details are finalized.
