Welcome to the Infor CloudSuite Resources page on Ballad Health News! This site provides some basic details about our transition from the Infor Lawson system to the new Infor CloudSuite system as the platform for many of the internal tasks we perform every day. Go-live takes place in June.

This internal platform is used by team members across Ballad Health because it provides access to pay history and tax documents, and it allows team members to view and enroll in benefits, set up direct deposit, submit expense and mileage reimbursement, order supplies and much more.
CloudSuite, the latest software version of this platform, will modernize, automate and streamline many of the functions we use today. This change supports our efforts to ensure we are using best practices in technology.
The new Infor CloudSuite site will look slightly different to all team members upon launch, with a more intuitive, easy-to-use interface and more tools at team members’ disposal. Some teams – such as human resources, payroll, finance and supply chain – will also notice changes behind the scenes on some of the systems they use to perform their jobs. (The changes for finance are minor and internal, and will require no action on the part of most team members.) These teams will have specific training sessions for their areas, such as ordering supplies and working in manager space.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To access the Ballad Health intranet, you must be on a Ballad Health network device or have the Multifactor Authenticator (MFA) app installed on your phone. See tip sheet below for more details about how to get MFA.

Training schedules
Team members whose job duties involve Infor CloudSuite have already received specific instruction on the changes in their workflow and processes.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MANAGERS: HR is offering Manager Space training for managers across the system. All managers are required to attend at least one training session, either virtually or in person. Sign up for classes through HealthStream.

Change Champions to contact
The Change Champions serve as your human connection to the Infor CloudSuite upgrade. These Ballad Health team members are supporting the transition to CloudSuite, and their goal is to make the upgrade as easy as possible. They will be available to answer your questions and discuss the new features and functionalities. During the design process, they provided expert feedback to help shape the development of the system and create the perfect final product for the users.
