We are live with Infor CloudSuite!

IT & Epic

We are now live systemwide with the new Infor CloudSuite system, ending our weeklong downtime! The go-live began at about 8 a.m. Tuesday, June 27. Infor CloudSuite replaces the Infor Lawson system we had used since Ballad Health formed.

NOTE: The Axiom conversion was completed on Thursday, June 29, at 8 a.m., allowing users to resume doing their normal tasks in Axiom.

We’re excited to finally be able to offer this improved site experience for our team members, and we’re confident you will enjoy its new features and improved layout.

If you have issues with your work duties involving Infor CloudSuite, consult your manager or contact the IT Service Desk at 423-431-6290. There are IT support teams ready to assist.

Some of your questions might also be answered on the FAQs page, located on our Infor CloudSuite site on ShareIT.

So what is Infor CloudSuite?

This internal platform is used by team members and contractors across Ballad Health because it provides access to pay history and tax documents, and it allows team members to view and enroll in benefits, set up direct deposit, submit expense and mileage reimbursement, order supplies, create new accounts and much more.

How is it different from the Lawson system?

CloudSuite, the latest software version of this platform, will modernize, automate and streamline many of the functions we use. This change supports our efforts to ensure we are using best practices in technology.

Team members will see some differences as compared to the Lawson system, mostly in the site layout and navigation, with a more intuitive, easy-to-use interface and more tools at your disposal. Some teams – such as human resources, payroll, finance and supply chain – will also notice changes behind the scenes on some of the systems they use to perform their jobs.

HR & Payroll Service Center can still be accessed by going to the Ballad Health intranet main page and looking under Quick Links. NOTE: If you have bookmarked the HR & Payroll Service Center on your browser and you routinely access it that way, you will need to update the URL in your favorites.

Access from personal devices

To access the Ballad Health intranet, you must be on a Ballad Health network device or have the multifactor authenticator (MFA) app installed on your phone. See this tip sheet on the ShareIT intranet site for more details about how to get MFA.
