System Updates

The new Ballad Proud Collection T-shirt is for sale to team members through our online Ballad Health Store. T-shirts are available to order through Tuesday, May, 2 at 5 p.m. from the Ballad Health Store online.

These shirts, along with other Ballad Health-branded apparel, are suitable for wearing to work on Fridays, as per our Ballad Health dress code policy. (NOTE: You must be on a Ballad Health network device to access our Policy Manager.)

Order and delivery

To view the new shirts or place an order, visit the Ballad Health Store at www.balladhealth.store

Please provide the correct billing zip code when entering billing information. If the billing information is provided incorrectly, PromoPro, the company providing the shirts, will attempt to reach out via the provided email address associated with the order. If you do not see an email regarding incorrect information, then your order was placed correctly and a charge will appear on your account.

  • The cost for the Ballad Proud T-shirts is $14 (plus tax), which includes shipping to your home. Purchase is by credit card only. Please enter your home address for shipping, not your work address.
  • When you submit your order, you will see a charge on your bank account that mentions PromoPro.
  • This is a pre-sale for the shirts. They will be created and shipped once all orders have been placed. Delivery dates are not based on what date you placed your shirt order.
  • Orders close on May 2 at 5 p.m. Delivery can be expected by the end of May.
  • You should be able to see the charge on your billing statement by the afternoon of Thursday, May 4. If you do not see your charge by this date, please email robin@promoprollc.com to notify them.
  • The shirt design/fit is unisex.
  • Note: Ballad Health does not profit from the sale of these items.

Other Ballad Health-branded apparel

A variety of other Ballad Health-branded apparel is available for purchase at the online store, such as vests, polo shirts, sweaters, jackets and more, which are also approved to wear on Fridays. Team members are also encouraged to wear these shirts while volunteering, earning PACE points or representing Ballad Health within the community.

Dress code reminder

As a reminder, our dress code policy states: Team members are permitted to wear a Ballad Health themed/logo T-shirt on Friday each week with their uniform role approved color scrub pants/skirt or nonuniform business attire. As with all uniform/attire expectations, the T-shirt must be clean and in good repair.
