Here’s what our Balladeer Children’s Program has been up to lately

Benefits & HR

The Balladeer Children’s Program had some great events in March, with more fun coming up!

The program, a free benefit for Ballad Health employees, is intended to strengthen family bonds and relationships among our Ballad Health family. Activities include visits to area attractions, picnics in local parks, holiday celebrations and activities, sports activities, discount tickets for attractions or events, treats, take-home projects and much more!

Check out what our Balladeers have been up to lately, and if you’re interested in joining, see the information at the bottom of this article!

March events

March had family bowling events at three locations and a pool party at The Wellness Center in Johnson City!

  • Bowling took place at Hillcrest Lanes (Norton, 77 attendees), East End Lanes (Rogersville, 46 attendees) and Olympia Lanes (Greeneville, 118 attendees). Each event allowed families to bowl for free, plus receive free pizza and drinks for everyone! Families also could play arcade games (using their own money).
  • The pool party at The Wellness Center allowed families to swim in the heated and lap pools indoors. Families also had the chance to play basketball and other games upstairs in the gym. More than 100 people attended.
  • At all these events, each child received a treat bag full of Balladeer goodies. These bags had a mix of solar dancing flowers, sunglasses, cowbells, hand clappers, slime and mini flower kits.
