‘For one. For all.’ Our Team Member Giving Campaign starts Oct. 2

Foundation

Ballad Health’s 2023 Team Member Giving Campaign is coming up in October, allowing team members a chance to donate to their choice of many important funds and programs that benefit our communities, patients, families and team members.

The Ballad Health Foundation campaign will run from Monday, Oct. 2, until Tuesday, Oct. 31. Tapping into the spirit of teamwork and giving for which Ballad Health is known, this year’s theme is “For one. For all.”

As we get closer to the campaign, we’ll provide more details about how to give. For now, we want to make team members aware of when the campaign will take place and the changes that go along with it.

If you committed an ongoing payroll deduction gift during the 2022 campaign, your gift will automatically roll over and continue indefinitely until modified or cancelled. (However, we always encourage team members to increase their giving each year!) The same goes for team members who sign up to give ongoing payroll deductions during the 2023 campaign; your donation will automatically roll over each year.

NOTE: For those who gave one-time payroll deductions or one-time credit card, check or cash gifts during the 2022 campaign, those gifts will not automatically roll over.

If you gave last year and choose to increase your giving amount this year, your current giving amount will be paid out in the first paycheck of January 2024 (Jan. 5) and your new contribution amount will take effect on the second paycheck of January 2024 (Jan. 19).

For example: If you signed up to give $20 per pay period during the 2022 campaign but go into your unique link and increase your contribution amount to $30 per pay period, $20 will continue to come out of your paycheck from now until Jan. 5, 2024. On the second paycheck of the new year, Jan. 19, 2024, your new contribution of $30 will take effect.

Thank you for the support of our Team Member Giving Campaign and for your continued commitment to Ballad Health!
