‘For one. For all.’ Our Team Member Giving Campaign is in full swing through Oct. 31

Foundation

“We know only too well that what we are doing is nothing more than a drop in the ocean. But if the drop were not there, the ocean would be missing something.” – Mother Teresa

The math is simple.

$2 per pay period paid to your favorite Ballad Health Foundation fund may seem like it’s not making a difference, but without that dollar every two weeks, we wouldn’t have any money to provide for our region, community and patients. Your donation makes a difference no matter the size.

We have a lot of patients like Mary. She leaves one of our providers with prescriptions for antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medication and blood thinner. The medications cost $4 each with discount programs, bringing them to a total of $12 for the month.

Mary only has $2 in her purse, though. And when faced with the choice between medications and dinner… her decision is clear.

But you can help Mary. Just $2 each pay period – a total of $52 annually – could pay for 13 prescriptions. Your donation could help several patients like Mary – and there are many out there – and only cost you cents each day.

Through the Team Member Giving Campaign, you can make a difference for Mary and thousands of people like her. Below is a special link to your personal team member giving page – please make your commitment today.

All commitments are kept entirely confidential through our secure system.

Reminders for this year’s campaign

  • If you committed an ongoing payroll deduction gift (gift split up over 26 pay periods) during the 2022 campaign, your gift will automatically rollover this year and will continue indefinitely until modified or cancelled. However, we always encourage team members to increase their giving every year.
  • If you gave last year and choose to increase your giving amount this year, your current giving amount will be paid out in the first paycheck of January 2024 (Jan. 5) and your new contribution amount will take effect on the second paycheck of January 2024 (Jan. 19).

If you committed to giving an ongoing payroll deduction during last year’s campaign, you do NOT need to do anything with your unique link unless you wish to increase, decrease or cancel your current giving.
