We invite you to explore the IT Project Management Office (PMO) site, now found under the Departments tab on the Ballad Health intranet home page. The PMO site is a central location for submitting ideas or service requests that will require IT resources, and it is designed to make the project submission process as easy as possible for you.
The site walks you through every step of the process, providing you with all the forms and information you need along the way. With the IT PMO site, you’ll be able to get your projects running more easily than ever. Since launch, we have already seen significant improvements in all stages of project fulfillment.

In addition to streamlining idea submission, the IT PMO site gives you full visibility of your request through every stage of the process. You can see what level of priority your project has received on the Prioritized Master Projects List, and you can view the current status of your request in the Idea & Demand Request Tracker. Regular updates to both these lists mean you’ll have the most up-to-date information about your submission at any time.
Please note that the IT PMO site is for projects requiring significant IT resources. You will still submit ordinary, everyday service requests through the ServiceNow portal, as always.

Please note that the IT PMO site is for projects requiring significant IT resources, such as new software, software upgrades, and any moves, additions or changes to facilities that would impact things such as systems, phones or computers. You will still submit ordinary, everyday service requests through the ServiceNow portal, as always.
NOTE: Because the IT PMO site is located on the Ballad Health intranet, you must be on a network device to access it.
How do I submit a new request?
To submit a request, you will need to submit an SBAR form, which can be found on the site. (This form is used to summarize the necessity for a project and outline a plan.) Then, submit your request by clicking Request a New Project, logging in, and clicking Create an Idea for Project Consideration.
