The 2022 Team Member Giving Campaign is coming to a close, but there’s still time to give! The campaign concluded Friday, Dec. 9, at midnight.
How to give
- You should have received a personalized email from Ballad Health Foundation that will let you make a donation. (Do not forward, though, as this link is personalized for you.)
- We’ve tried to make it as convenient as possible for team members to make a donation. You can give by credit card, check, cash or payroll deduction.
- You can also mail in your donation form. Here’s a donation form in PDF format that can be printed, filled out and emailed back to Tiffany Willis at Tiffany.willis@balladhealth.org.
Unlike last year, your gift will NOT automatically roll over. Instead, everyone must re-enroll a new gift amount or manually roll over your current giving amount. Once you do that, you can make your gift a recurring donation that automatically rolls over each year.
Important facts
- Tapping into the spirit of teamwork and giving for which Ballad Health is known, this year’s theme is “For one. For all.”
- So far, our campaign has received commitments from team members for $671,715, with about 16% of our team members participating. Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far, and if you haven’t made a donation but you’d still like to, we thank you in advance!
- If you donate $6 per pay period (annual total of $156), you will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt that is approved to wear on Fridays. But you must submit your gift by midnight on Friday, Dec. 9, to be eligible for the t-shirt.
How does my donation help?
This campaign funds a range of programs and services, including the Niswonger Children’s Network, Patient Assistance, Team Member Emergency Fund, United Way Agencies, and more. Every year, the money our team members give makes a real difference in the lives of people in our community – and you can choose what you want your donation to support. Giving even a little bit can make a big difference in the lives of those in need!
