Be on the lookout for important system messages through the Ballad Teams app

COVID-19
Check the little notification bell icon at the top right of your Ballad Teams app to see if new messages have been communicated.

Ballad Teams, our new mobile app for team members, is becoming our main method of communicating systemwide messages to team members. If you don’t already have Ballad Teams, we highly encourage you to download it. Team member reviews have been extremely positive so far!

  • If you have Ballad Teams, then be on the lookout for some important messages coming your way over the next week or two, in particular regarding our response to the recent surge of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) Delta variant.
  • All our Ballad Health News stories appear on Ballad Teams as soon as they’re published. You can see new content by checking the little bell icon at the top right of the app’s main page.
  • If the message is urgent and of high importance, you’ll also receive a “push” on the app, in the form of a short text message alerting you about the topic and linking you to the article. Don’t forget to turn on notifications in your phone settings so you won’t miss any important messages.

NOTE: We will soon be transitioning our Ballad Health News messages from the weekly Outlook email roundup to individual messages via Ballad Teams. This means instead of receiving your Ballad Health News articles as an Outlook email each week, you’ll receive them on a daily basis through the Ballad Teams app. Team members can always access all stories by visiting Balladhealthnews.org or by clicking on the top stories featured on the Ballad Health intranet main page. Save Ballad Health News to your favorites on your browser and check back regularly.
