Our new Ballad Health team member recognition program is open for participation, and all team members are encouraged to check it out! It’s a great way to recognize and say “thank you” to fellow team members who go above and beyond in their work.
How to access the program
To locate the program, go to the Ballad Health intranet page, click on “Human Resources” and you’ll see the button for “Team Member Recognition.” The link to sign in to the system, FAQs and more are located there. Try it out by sending an appreciation eCard to a co-worker!
How the program works
There are dozens of ways to say “great job” to your team members through our team member recognition program:
- You can send heartfelt, fun and creative eCards to team members to say how much you value what they do every day.
- Leaders can nominate team members who clearly go “above and beyond” for a special award. We’ll have three different levels of these major awards to recognize contributions that are area-specific, hospital-wide and throughout all of Ballad Health.
- Team members will receive points added to their recognition program account when they are presented with these awards from their leaders. Then they can easily redeem the points, online, for gifts of their choice.
- Team member contributions are showcased on the Wall of Fame page, so be sure to visit the page often and congratulate the winners right on the page. There are already dozens of recognitions posted.
