Our 2019 Ballad Health Team Member Giving Campaign opened Sept. 3 and lasts through Sept. 30. You’ll receive an email from Ballad Health Foundation, containing your personal link to make a donation.
This is our chance, as an organization, to make a difference in the lives of thousands of people in our region by giving to funds and organizations that help those in need, both within our organization and throughout the community. You can give to United Way and its many good causes, or to a program within Ballad Health.
As a reminder, here are the levels of giving and the gifts that accompany them:
Bronze – Donate 3 hours of pay per year; receive a Ballad Health toboggan.
Silver – 12 hours of pay per year; choose from Ballad Health mittens or a camp chair.
Gold – 18 hours of pay per year; choose Ballad Health sling bag, casserole carrier or tiki tunes speaker.
Platinum – 24 hours of pay per year; choose from a Ballad Health vest, cheese board or family beach shelter.
Platinum Plus – 36 hours of pay per year; choose one gift from each giving level!
