This is the time of year for all benefit-eligible Ballad Health team members to review your current benefits, make changes, learn about new benefit offerings and update your beneficiary information.

Even if you do not need to make changes to your benefits, some benefits require an election. You can enroll by logging into the HR & Payroll Service Center through the Ballad Health intranet.

VOLUNTARY BENEFITS
You will enroll in the following voluntary benefit plans on the HR & Service Center portal in Lawson during open enrollment:
- Unum Accident Insurance
- Unum Critical Illness Insurance
- InfoArmor Identity Theft Protection
- ARAG Legal Insurance
You may also enroll in the Unum Whole Life Insurance with Long Term Care Rider during open enrollment. If you would like to enroll in this plan, you have a few options:

- You can visit with an onsite counselor who can enroll you directly on the site (schedule provided below).

Enrollment/participation in the Travelers Auto and Home Insurance, PetFirst Pet Insurance, and Purchasing Power plans can be done during open enrollment or at any time throughout the year. For more information on these programs, please reach out the carrier directly:
