Let’s Make a Difference Together: Our Team Member Giving Campaign has arrived!

Our first-ever Ballad Health Team Member Giving Campaign opened Sept. 4 and runs through Sept. 30. This is a combined campaign to support both United Way and several crucial Ballad Health Foundation programs that help those in need, and we’ve made it easy for team members to donate.

Our theme is “Let’s Make a Difference Together” and our goal is to raise $800,000. There are several ways to give, various levels of giving (that include some great gifts as a way of saying thanks!) and numerous good causes you can support.

All team members should have received an email from Ballad Health Foundation that includes a link to everything you’ll need in order to make a donation. You donate by payroll deduction. It can be a single donation or spread out over the whole year. You can also give by credit card or mail a check.

Levels of giving and the gifts that accompany them:

  • Bronze – Donate 3 hours of pay per year; receive a pair of Ballad Health crew socks.
  • Silver – 12 hours of pay per year; choose from a Tervis sports bottle, a car sun shade or an inverted umbrella.
  • Gold – 18 hours of pay per year; choose from a Sherpa blanket, a portable hammock or a waterproof cooler.
  • Platinum – 24 hours of pay per year; choose from a soft shell jacket, a TVA computer backpack, a Polk BOOM Swimmer speaker, or an Arctic Zone cargo organization.
  • Platinum Plus – 36 hours of pay per year; choose one gift from each giving level!
