What is the RealAge Test?
The RealAge Test is a scientifically-based assessment that takes about 15 minutes to complete. It shows you the age of the body you’re living in – the first step toward improving your well-being. All eligible Ballad Health team members and their medically-enrolled spouses/partners who create a Sharecare account and complete the RealAge Test can participate.
This test is a great way to review all aspects of your health. The questions will help you assess your eating, exercise and sleep habits, along with family health history, behaviors and existing conditions. Including personal wellness indicators such as blood pressure and cholesterol levels also helps you get a truer picture of your real age.
Based on your responses, the RealAge assessment will offer a personalized health plan you can use to lower your body’s health age and improve your overall well-being. NOTE: All your answers are confidential and cannot be seen by Ballad Health.

How do I enter the sweepstakes?
- Log into your Sharecare account or register at balladhealth.sharecare.com.
- Complete or update your RealAge Test by March 31, 2023.
How do I take the RealAge Test?
Once you’ve registered for Sharecare, tap on YOU in the navigation bar in the app or select “Take the RealAge Test” from the home page, then click the green RealAge Test button, answer all the questions and click Finish.
If you have your recent numbers, like blood pressure and cholesterol levels, you’ll want to have those in-hand when you take the test.
If you’ve already completed the RealAge Test prior to the sweepstakes period, sign into Sharecare, then tap on YOU, then Update Your RealAge to retake the test.
