Ballad Health is offering a bonus to team members who refer a new hire for certain direct patient care clinical and lab positions across the system, offered through April 30. (See positions and bonus amounts below.)
How it works: When the person applies for the job, they’ll be asked if they were referred by a current Ballad Health team member and can note that on the application.
