You can quickly and easily recognize a team member for their teamwork, excellence or innovation through our ACTS of Service Appreciation eCards or award nominations. Just look for ACTS of Service Appreciation under “Quick Links” on the Ballad Health intranet.
If you’re new to ACTS of Service, log in using your team member number and create an account.
And recognizing team members just got easier through the new mobile app. Download the “Great Work” app on your mobile device from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, enter your work email and then enter a pairing code, if prompted, to activate the app.

You can find the ACTS of Service site on the Ballad Health intranet in two places:
- Under “Quick Links” on the left side of the intranet main page.
- On the HR site on the intranet; click on “Team Member Recognition.”
NOTE: You must be on a Ballad Health network device to access the intranet. But the “Great Works” app is accessible from any device.
