Our annual Ballad Health Niswonger Children’s Network raffle, sponsored by Champion Chevrolet Cadillac in Johnson City, is under way! Tickets are $50, and proceeds benefit the children’s network.
The grand prize is a new car, with cash prizes for second, third and fourth winners. The drawing will take place on Dec. 2.
